DPE Individual
The DPE Individual Program (DPEiD) is a program that allows you to collaborate with DPE Wheels in designing a custom "1 of 1" wheel of your own. Custom wheels reach the next level by tailoring not only your specific vehicle requirements, but your aesthetic ones. Whether you have a custom vehicle that requires a special wheel or vehicle that you want to set apart from the rest ... DPEiD is the perfect choice.
Consult
You and your DPE Representative will discuss what you envision for your "1 of 1" design. At this first stage, DPE will gather basic information such as make, model, year, brake information, and construction (1 piece, 2 piece, or 3 piece modular), etc. If it is determined that your requirements are feasible, your project will move on to the next step.
Cost
A cost analysis estimate will be provided. If approved, the estimate will be converted into an invoice. Once payment has been made and cleared, the order will move to the Design and Engineering Stage.
Design and Engineering
After discussing your overall design requirements, our engineers will create a rendering model based on vehicle engineering parameters and if necessary will make the necessary adjustments to your design to insure that your "1 of 1"wheel passes FEA Testing and adheres to DPE's Quality & Standards. You will review the model, fitment specifications, approve, and sign off thereby finalizing the design to create the CNC program.
Production
Your DPE Representative will provide a production schedule eta. Just like any custom wheel, DPEiD is subject to possible delays with material availability or finish quality. If this occurs information will be relayed to you as soon as it is discovered.
Shipping
Once your wheel have been packed and ready for shipment, your DPE Representative will email you the box dimensions and weights. You will be given the option to provide your own shipping labels or request a shipping quote. If you elect to go with our shipping quote an invoice will be issued and once payment has been received, the wheels will be shipped with tracking provided.
